Rowing takes place throughout the summer months on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday evenings at 6.30pm and also on Sunday Mornings at approximately 11.00am depending on the tide.

We have also a small weight-training room with a stepper and treadmill, along with Concept 2 ergometers in the changing rooms so that we can train throughout the winter months whatever the weather.
