Scarborough Amateur Rowing Club is the perfect venue for getting fit but also having fun at the same time. As one of the leading clubs on the east coast, we offer great camaraderie, professional coaching, fantastic facilities plus an opportunity to take your rowing to the next level. Alternatively you can gently paddle, taking in the wildlife and great views.
Whether your new to the sport and would like to lean to row or have simply decided to rekindle your love of rowing, we actively welcome new members. All ages and abilities are welcome.

We are hoping to begin our river rowing experience at the North of England Head on the 18th March 2017.

There has been a sea rowing club in Scarborough since 1869 and continues to be the dominant style of rowing at the club.
A new addition to the club in 2016, the sliding seat crews are aiming to compete in a selection of river regattas throughout 2017.
